TERMS OF
SERVICE.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and TBD Metals ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain services.

By requesting a quote, submitting technical drawings, or placing an order (including our 1PC MOQ custom service), you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services.

TBD Metals provides comprehensive precision engineering and manufacturing infrastructure tailored for industrial and consumer applications. Our core capacities include, but are not limited to:

• CNC Machining
• Sheet Metal Fabrication
• Extrusion
• Rapid Prototyping
• Engineering Support
• Supply Chain Sourcing
• Assembly Operations
• Surface Treatment & Finishing

We act as a one-stop custom service provider capable of OEM/ODM operations based on your provided CAD drawings or specific requirements.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by TBD Metals. You are entirely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all specifications, CAD files, 2D drawings, tolerances, and material requirements submitted to us.

Official quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in the quotation document. Pricing is subject to change based on severe fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, or modifications to the original design files after the initial quote.

Standard payment terms require a deposit before manufacturing begins, with the balance due before shipment. Alternative terms may be established for approved enterprise clients subject to credit review.

TBD Metals is engineered for reliability. We pride ourselves on stable product quality and durability. Parts are manufactured according to standard industry tolerances unless specific tolerances are clearly called out and agreed upon in your 2D drawings.

Our Quality Control team utilizes advanced measurement facilities including 2D projectors, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), and Spectrometers. Any claims regarding defective parts must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.

In no event will TBD Metals, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the manufactured parts or our services.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the specific order in dispute.
